I hope this email finds you enjoying the holiday season. I always look forward to this week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. It’s a quieter time, a break from the hustle and bustle, perfect for thinking about the year ahead.

I love the feeling of a fresh start that comes with the New Year. It’s a time for new beginnings, like the cycles we see in nature and life. These cycles teach us lessons and allow us to do things differently in the next round. Whether it’s our habits, relationships, or goals, we always have the opportunity to improve.

One thing I focus on in my work is helping people change their patterns. It could be breaking a cycle in relationships or work; whatever repeats in our lives can be changed for the better.

As we move into a new year, it’s common to carry over “unfinished business” – things we didn’t get to do or goals we didn’t quite reach. Now is a good time to think about what went unfinished and why. What can you do differently in the new cycle? Maybe you need more resources, or maybe it’s time to change some habits.

Letting go of what we no longer need is as important as starting new things. It’s not always easy, but it’s necessary. This could be material things, old emotions, or dreams that don’t fit us anymore. Understanding why we hold onto these things can help us let them go.

Remember, life is always moving and changing, and so are we. Every choice we make, big or small, shapes our lives. If we don’t make conscious choices, they’ll be made for us, especially regarding our health. Choosing to take care of our health is something only we can do.

Starting a new cycle means knowing where you are right now. I suggest taking some time to think about the past year:

  • What were your goals at the start of the year?
  • How many of those goals did you achieve?
  • What were the best things you did this year?
  • What was your mood like most of the year?
  • Did anything unexpected happen that changed your life?
  • What did you learn about yourself?
  • Are you where you want to be in life? What do you want next?

Writing down your thoughts can give you a clear picture of where you are and where you want to go.

At the end of each year, I like to update my plans and set up for a fresh start. It’s also a good time to think about how to make everyday tasks more enjoyable and how to motivate ourselves for bigger challenges.

In the upcoming year, I’ll share tips and ideas to help make life easier, healthier, and more enjoyable. I’ve created healing methods and learned much from some amazing people over many years, and I can’t wait to share those lessons with you.

Let’s make this new year a time for growth and positive change. Let’s dream big, create miracle lists, and, as my favorite Napoleon Hill said: “take possession of our own minds.” Because when something is continuously alive in your imagination, it gaines the power to manifest in reality!
