It happened: I got infected by the most feared virus despite all my being careful and all. I evaded it for two and a half years, but in the end… it found me.

Said that, based on the symptoms I experienced, I realized that I had it in early February 2020, and at that time, I truly feared for my life as I nearly suffocated. But I’m strong, young, and live a healthy lifestyle, and hopefully, all that played a role in my recovery. I also had bad side effects from both doses of the vaccine, and now this newly mutated virus gave me all the most feared symptoms.

The newest medication and my extensive regimen of supplements helped me get better; of course, my friends cared and helped me as well.

During times like this, when life circumstances make me think about my life choices, I tend to turn to a practice of gratitude. Regardless of how tough we get it, there are way more good things that are happening for us, even if we don’t see it at the moment. The only obstacle to seeing it is a lack of awareness, and that’s where true friends might come in handy – to remind you who you really are and all the good things you can experience

My additional gratitude this time was for so many years studying and practicing functional medicine so I could help others, and now can fully help myself. All the articles and seminars I went through since the pandemic started helped me to implement a truly potent protocol for myself. I changed it a little to avoid the long-term consequences I often see in my clinic.

I also upped my morning and evening practices of breathing, energy exercises, and meditation. Stay tuned, I will share it with you as well.

If you would like to learn my protocol, send me an email, and I will figure out how to share it with you.

If you like that approach to your health, please schedule your phone consultation with me, and I can answer your questions before making an initial appointment.
