In-Clinic – In-Depth Diagnostics, Evaluation, and Treatment – 90 Minutes

Description

This in-depth session will give you an opportunity to have all your concerns addressed and questions answered. Dr. Maya will provide a thorough evaluation and will develop follow-up diagnostics and treatment plan. This session includes treatment and a preliminary nutritional plan.

You can bring all your previous blood test results, imaging reports, medication, and supplements with you for Dr. Maya to look it over.

While requesting a session please specify option In-Clinic or Telemedicine. We will contact you within 24 hours to verify your session. It is possible we will have to change the time you requested. You may choose to pay for a session now or wait until we contact you. All payments are non-refundable.
